Account Settings & Billing

This article walks you through configuring your new KickFire API account, including how to log in, reset your password, change the account email, update time zone, and manage billing.

After signing up for a KickFire API account, log in to your account at: https://www.kickfire.com/login using the email address and password entered during signup.
 
How to Reset Your KickFire API Password
To reset your KickFire API password, visit: https://www.kickfire.com/services/password-reset.
If you still experience log-in issues, please contact our Customer Success & Support team.
 
How to Change the Email Associated with Your Account
  1. Log into your KickFire API account
  2. Under user preferences, go to Settings > Account tab > Change Account Email
  3. Enter your current password and the new email address. Click Change Account Email.

 

How to Update the Time Zone Associated with Your Account

  1. Log into your KickFire API account
  2. Under user preferences, click Settings.
  3. On the Account tab, select your preferred Time Zone from the drop-down and click Save Time Zone. 
 
 
How to Manage Your Billing Preferences
Log into your KickFire API account, navigate to user preferences and select Billing.

The following information can be found in your Billing preferences:

  • View your Account Number
  • View a list of your API subscriptions/contracts along with the API key, credit card number, and other billing information associated with each API subscription.
  • Add/Update Credit Card Payment Information
  • Access Billing Statements
