This article walks you through configuring your new KickFire LIVE Leads account, including how to log in, reset your password, change the account email, update time zone, and more.

You can control all your account options with the General Account Settings available in the Settings area of KickFire LIVE Leads.

 

How to Log In to Your KickFire LIVE Leads Account

After signing up for a KickFire LIVE Leads account, log in to your account at: https://id.kickfire.com/login using the domain and user's password.

How to Change the Domain URL Being Tracked with Your KickFire LIVE Leads Account

Due to the nature of how tracking operates, users do not have the ability to change the account domain name. If there is a need for your domain name to be altered, please contact our Customer Success & Support team.

How to Change/Reset Your KickFire LIVE Leads Password
  1. Log into your KickFire LIVE Leads account.
  2. Click on the Settings icon. Under General Account Settings, click Change.
  3. Type your new password into the password field and click Save.

How to Turn On/Off Loading Messages

  1. Log into your KickFire LIVE Leads account.
  2. Click on the Settings icon.
  3. Under General Account Settings, select on/off from the drop down menu.

How to Change Which Default Page/Report Is Shown On Log In
  1. Log into your KickFire LIVE Leads account.
  2. Click on the Settings icon.
  3. Under General Account Settings > Upon log-in, take me to:
  4. Select the desired dashboard from the drop down.
How to Change the Reporting Time Zone
The time zone setting should be set to YOUR local time. This will ensure your reporting is accurate based on your time. (Daylight savings time is automatically determined if you live in an area that observes the adjustment.)
Note: Time information is generated from the World Atomic Clock. If your computer date/time preference panel is not set to synchronize with a time server, your computer time may not exactly match the time displayed above. This will not effect the accuracy of your visitor statistics.
  1. Log into your KickFire LIVE Leads account.
  2. Click on the Settings icon.
  3. Under General Account Settings > Reporting Time Zone
  4. Select from your time zone from the drop down.
  5. Once you click Save, all elements of your Reporting Center will be updated to reflect your time zone, including the delivery of your email reports.

How to Set Up Email Reports and Recipients

You can choose to receive the analytics reporting summary email on a daily or weekly (Mondays) basis, or not at all.
NOTE: If you turn off your report email through your master account, all users' emails will also stop, even if you have set permissions for them. If you want only your email notices off, make the change under your user permission only.
  1. Log into your KickFire LIVE Leads account and click Settings.
  2. Under General Account Settings > Email Report
  3. Select whether you would like to receive an email update and at what frequency.
  4. Click Customize to select which reports you would like included in your email summary report.

  5. Under Recipients, you can add up to 10 email address(es) to receive the daily/weekly email.
  6. Click Save.
