Advanced Tracking Options

This article provides links to enable additional tracking features in your LIVE Leads account.

  • Visitor Identities
    The Identities™ program allows you to pass information about known website visitors such as username, customer name, subscription date, product, catalog, serial or part number, etc.

  • Event Tracking
    If you wish to track individual links, including PDFs and downloadable files, simply use Event Tracking. By adding a small piece of code to the URLs of the link, you can capture additional data for visitors clicking on links and PDFs.

  • Custom Page Naming
    If you wish to override the real page name, you can give your tag a custom page name. This is especially useful for dynamically generated pages.
